yes paul, so after testing part 2 and still not got it right i did the man thing and read the instructions last!
Grr it was my transmitter throttle setting not to max. as soon as i turned it up bang car nearly vibrates off the table, and turbo kicks right in. so now i guess i can up the fdr back to 6.75 as it was and should get the correct boost, as apposed to 5.01 what i was running today.
Aslod found out i had my drag break setting on my hand set low thats why i needed so much drag on the esc to make it work. Pays to read the instructions eh.

Just a quick note, dont rev the car without any load....a few of us heard the rotor in James Bakers motor go at the last summer series at Ardent. And he wasn't revving the knackers off of it.

+1 on brownys comment I was thinking exactly the same when I was reading it. With the brushless motors it seems as the shouldn't be revved no load.
I could do it in the tc5 mind you the transmission has some serious issues, its like having + 50 drag break ;D
Its why I had to get some Tekin power to overcome the issue (gm wouldn't of held up ) LOL ;D

There right mate stick it on the tarmac out side to try it. a few light scratches is better than a blown motor, and you seen what hap-end to my tyre's.
