yeah i've converted my T3 to 12 spec with the addition of the genuine chassis along with the other bits
Them zeppin ones arnt rated very highly.

You changed the roll centre holders & topdeck? Is the topdeck a straight swap? The 011deck seems quite fragile.
Have you noticed much improvement?

I've not snapped a top deck yet Andy (touches wood) Everything is exchangable with the t3 11 as far as i can see....im going to get the bottom deck and top deck for a start.

Im doing it a bit at a time Rowntree, start with bottom deck and top deck. Neil's nearly done a complete conversion...Think he's probably saved something like £100-£150 so far.
I wouldn't convert the steering blocks/shock towers though.

nope, ive still saved 180 quid on converting myself.
Shock towers seem pointless and yes, roll center adjustable bulkheads, H links are pretty much the same as standard settings on adjustable b/heads. But the b/heads allow you to shim them up and down.
Ardent tomorrow for practice will be first time out.
Most places are out of stock of all the bits now, including the top deck which i'm still waiting on. But '11 one fits with no clearance issues. Its all flown together to be honest and so much more room for the electronics.

well after some testing today at ardent. Very impressed with how the new chassis went.
If your still wanting to keep the old chassis, At least get the ball screws and do the mod to the outer ends of the camber links. I'm running 3mm on top of the C hub now which, due to clearance your unable to do on the older style screw method. Very precise turn in and lots of corner speed along with the bulkhead upgrades.

Not sure if anyones interested but this t3 11/12 chassis is going on oople www.oople.com/forums/showthread.php?t=86582I think that if you were to upgrade everything then it would be more expensive but obviously the price comes down when you choose not upgrade parts you see as less important. but this way it does let you upgrade the parts you want when you want. rather than a £350 straight out.
