Ok guy's just got round to building the gear diff put it in the car.Feel's proper tight. felt ok out off the car.Any idea's

Driveshafts aren't binding on the inside of the outdrives are they? I had this on mine.

not with xray one. There made not too.
Have you missed a shim somewhere? Maybe the paper gasket?
Too much oil maybe too...can hydrolock it.

It may be as Chris says. I loosened the screw's that hold the suspension arm's on. That loosened the diff back up. I'm running 2 degrease camber at the back would this coarse it to bind

i'm running -ve 2 and had no problems.
Your roll center adjustment in the right hole?

in honesty paul i'm not sure what youve managed. Xray diff's shouldnt lock up because there same size as a ball diff..even running -ve 2.
If you havent already, whip it out or a drive shaft out at a time and see how it feels then

Mine flew together. Could your belt be too tight? Same notch in the rear belt tensioner? There's no screws in the out drives to bind. Are the drive shaft blades distorted? Well chuffed with mine so far.

Thats what mine was, the blades pushing up against the inside of the outdrive.

Shouldnt bind up though with an Xray diff, the only suggestion i could make is maybe more toe in if your not already. 3 degrees is the best combo on the Xray. May just give you that bit more clearance

Sorted it out guy's. wrong shim's behind the pivot pin holders .thank's for all the help and support. typical from Donny Racer's cheer's MEN.
